Artwork Specification: Please include your company name, phone number, contact name and your P.O. number in your email.
1) Electronic Artwork: For PC compatible computer, Adobe Illustrator 10.00 or EPS format, PhotoShop 8.00 or EPS format, convert all graphics and fonts to outline, sent by email, CD and etc.
2) Black/White color separated artwork

Art Charge: At $45/r for each half hour of touch up, modification or color separation.
Cancellation: Must be made in writing, incurred charges for merchandise and labor will be invoiced accordingly.
Combined Quantity Price: When you order two or more items, at the same time, in minimum quantity or better, for each item, you may take the total number of all the items you are ordering to determine the unit cost of each item for your quantity price.
Complaints: Complaints must be made within 15 days after receipt of shipment
Co-Op Programs: Co-Op programs will be extended the End Quantity Price providing at the minimum quantity is ordered for each release. Please call customer service for the details of requirements.
Copyright/Trademark Laws: All trademarks and logos used in this catalog are properties of their respective companies, they are used for demonstration of reproduction capabilities only. We, ATMEC, resume no responsibility for determine trademark/logo ownership, all liability for trademark/logo reproduction rest with the customer who placed orders.
Direct Import: For any overseas custom orders, the production time is about 65-75 days.
Fax Proof / Email Proof: Sent on all decorated orders at no charge. Revised art proof will be charged at $9.00(R)

Freight: We mainly use UPS or FedEx Ground unless otherwise specified. Freight, insurance and handling charges will be added to invoice.
Minimum Quantity: For imprint orders the first column is the minimum quantity, add 10% or $50(R) whichever is higher for less than minimum. Call customer service for absolute minimum imprint quality on each item. There is no minimum for blank items.
Overruns / Underruns: We reserve the right to overrun or underrun all decorated order by 5% as completion of order, we will invoice accordingly.
PMS Color Match: $42/r per color. Colors are matched as close as possible to Pantone Color Guide. Exact color match is not guaranteed.
Prices: (4R) Listed price includes one color, one location Silk Screen imprint. Please call customer service for embroidery costs, other details and quotes. Price may change without notice, please confirm pricing prior to placing orders.
Production TIme: 7-10 working days depending on quantity.
Production Proof:
1) Screen imprint: $42/r per color/position plus the cost of item and $67/r per color/position set-up. If approved without change, set-up will be rebated towards first order.
2)Embroidery: $42/r per item for up to 5 thread color plus cost of item and tape charge. If approved without change, tape charge will apply towards all future orders.
Returns: Any items must be made with 15 days after receipt, a RA number is required, please call. Make all cartons with the RA#. A 15% restocking fee will apply on all returned merchandise. Samples are not returnable.
Rush Orders: We accept rush orders at 10% over invoice or $58/r minimum, please call for production availability prior to sending in rush orders.
Samples: Availability in blanks only and will be invoiced at the first column price, written request required. Samples are not returnable.
Set up charge: 1) Screen imprint: new orders at $67/r per color per location, repeat orders at $42/r per color, per position. 2) Embroidery: One time digitizing charge at $30/r per 1000 stitches, minimum 5,000 stitches. The embroidery running charge is at $0.48/r per 1000 stitches, minimum 5,000 stitches.
Split Destination: At $15/r for each address
Typeset: There is no charge for three straight lines typeset in Arial or Times fonts. Curved lettering or matching a typestyle will be charged at $42/r per half hour.
